This includes her role as Partner at a global search firm, where for over 15 years, she worked with boards and leadership teams to fill business critical roles, and provided coaching and guidance to senior executives through the search process.

She partners with executives stepping up to more senior roles, and into new organisations. She also supports those exploring ‘next step’ career options, helping bring clarity to decision-making, and more confidence to interviews.

Brief Bio:
Karen has worked in advertising, healthcare, policy research and development, and professional services. She has lived and worked in the UK, Canada and Australia.
In 2000, she joined global search firm, Heidrick & Struggles, and over the next 15 years, led local, regional and global searches, and managed international coaching, diversity and inclusion projects. Her internal roles included Head of Quality Asia Pacific, and Global Managing Partner, Mining & Metals.
Recovery from cancer treatment led Karen to reshape her life and to focus on what she enjoys the most. In 2016, she created her coaching practice to support executives keen to develop greater self awareness of their leadership capabilities, and a strong foundation for sustainable success throughout their career.
